Dye and knit -workshop
Learn the basics of knitting and how to dye with local plants. You are welcome to join if you are a beginner or just want to learn more! Learning together and from one another is part of the fun.
During these workshops you will learn to:
Dye wool with natural dyes from local plants
Knit a hat / hand warmers / scarf!
Learn to knit in a much faster Scandinavian style
We will get together on three Saturdays in the newly established Auli’s studio in Tamalpais Valley. The workshops include 10 hours of dyeing and knitting together. The cost of all three workshops is 200 dollars per person including knitting needles, plant dyes and mordants. The wool will be charged by consumption. The amount of participants is 5-10 people.
